Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the person who completed and signed the booking form. A cancellation will be considered effective from the date we receive the written notice.
Should you choose to cancel your booking, the following cancellation terms will apply:

Tour Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to insufficient participant numbers or other circumstances within our reasonable control, all payments received, including deposits, will be refunded in full.
If a tour must be cancelled as a result of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, war, political unrest, natural disasters, severe weather, or other force majeure events, all payments made will be transferred to a future tour of a similar itinerary and value.
Should such a cancellation occur after the tour has already commenced, no refund, credit, or transfer to another tour can be offered.
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
